Installation - Digging up the World.


Horror stories concerning the mess, upheaval, and inconvenience of installing a sewage system abound!! We will be absolutely honest and use the old expression that you cannot make an omelette without breaking eggs. Digging a hole up to ten feet deep (or is that 3 metres?) and seven feet square does cause a mess, especially if it is excavated during wet weather. There is also around ten tonnes of concrete to be mixed and used to bed in the equipment, so to be fair the horror stories can be true. Having said this, the mess and upheaval is only temporary. At sensitive sites, our landscapers make signs of our work disappear very quickly as turf and garden plants recover. A major worry with all installations is the restriction of use of the bathroom, or washing machine during the works. I.H.S. Systems keep restrictions to a minimum - usually less than an hour while final connections are made.
